In-App Customer Acquisition Promotions (Online)

In the early days of the company's launch, the focus was on customer acquisition through various referral promotions. I played a key role in designing, editing, and reviewing these promotions with our legal and compliance team, to ensure the promotions are both engaging and compliant with FINRA and SEC regulations. One of my key tasks was also to capitalize on any major U.S. holidays by designing themed promotions. Though I do not have the skills to create the graphics, I played a crucial role in ensuring the overall look and feel is on brand, and better suited for the U.S. audience. 

To keep things engaging, we regularly update our rewards. One of the most memorable promotions I designed was our 3rd anniversary campaign, where we gave away three Tesla Model 3s. It was an incredibly exciting project as I had the opportunity to coordinate very closely with the people at Tesla corporate. I also got to learn valuable insights on how a different company's marketing department operates. I also got to ride in a Tesla for the first time! When the winners were selected, I got to work with dealerships to ensure a smooth delivery process, which itself provided additional valuable lessons. 

On-site Event Marketing (Offline)

Every year, the Brooklyn Nets host an open practice where fans are invited to watch the team take the court as they prepare for the upcoming NBA season. Attendees enjoy a day filled with fun, games, musical performances, youth clinics, and more. The fan-favorite event typically takes place right before the new season tips off, drawing thousands of attendees eager to experience the Nets up close and personal.  

As a partner, we were thrilled to be part of the event. In order to maximize the company's brand awareness, I designed brochures that outlined all of the company's product offerings. I ensured the language was digestible and easy to understand as Financial terms may be daunting to many. I also created branded horn headbands which happened to match the company's logo. Those horns were a hit with the younger attendees and we were able to generate over 200+ app downloads from offering those horns as an incentive. 

Additionally, three different on-site and social media promotions were launched to drive engagement, which also amplified the excitement for both in-person and online. The prizes, which were Brooklyn Nets jerseys or front row tickets to a show or game, were very well received.
